Our Financial Management, People, and Engagement team supports Macquarie Asset Management by delivering financial control, governance, and strategic insights. We work collaboratively with teams across the organisation to ensure effective financial management and compliance with regulatory requirements. Our team plays a key role in driving financial excellence and supporting the growth of our business in the EMEA region.

While Macquarie offers hybrid working for many roles, this position requires 3 days a week in our advertised location.

What role will you play?

As Financial Controller for Macquarie Asset Management in the EMEA region, you will lead our finance teams in London and Luxembourg, providing financial oversight and governance. You will collaborate with regional and global finance heads, business leaders, and external auditors to ensure effective legal entity management and financial control. This role also involves supporting regulatory reporting, overseeing financial statements under Lux GAAP/UK GAAP, and driving process improvements and standardisation initiatives.
