Qualifications

• 4+ years of industry experience in business development, ideally in a CRO/CDMO.
• Strong understanding of antibodies from a manufacturing or discovery standpoint.
• Hunter's mentality in driving new business.

Job Description:

The Metric Bio team are partnered with a global leader in the large molecule CDMO space, as we search for Senior Business Development Manager/Associate Director Business Development.

Here, you will utilize the company's global presence, state-of-the-art facilities and reputation, as well as your own experience in the CDMO/CRO space to sell Biologics and Antibody services across the UK and Nordic regions.

What will you do?

• Develop new and existing accounts across pharma and biotech spaces.
• Attend trade shows.
• Hunt for customers that require large molecule/antibody/ADC services.

• B.Sc. or above in a related discipline.
• Hunter's mentality - wanting to drive new business.
