Senior Manager - Asset and Wealth Management

Big4 consultancy in London is seeking an accomplished Management Consultant to join a specialist team focusing on various Asset Management workstreams.

The ideal candidate will have prior consulting experience working with renowned Asset Management firms, a strong understanding of Operating Model Design (TOM), and excellent knowledge of front, middle, and back-office functions. Familiarity with Order Management Systems (OMS) such as Aladdin and Charles River is also required.

This is a permanent, hybrid position offering a base salary of approximately £80,000 to £100,000 (depending on experience) plus an excellent benefits package.

Requirements include:

1. Consulting experience in Asset Management markets or vendor management experience.
2. Knowledge of the full Asset Management value chain (front, middle, and back office).
3. Experience as a Project or Programme Management Lead for complex Asset Management transformation projects.
4. Experience in target operating model design, implementation, and future state operating models.
5. Experience with Middle Office Outsourcing programs.
6. Experience working with Private Markets platforms such as eFront, Mercatus, Yardi, and MRI.
