I am working alongside an innovative biotech company seeking to expand their team of computational Physicists to drive groundbreaking innovations. You will play a crucial role in building this team, inspiring collaboration across multi-disciplinary environments to enhance drug discovery efforts.

We are looking for an experienced individual to provide strategic solutions within the team, focusing on optimizing and developing physics-based computational methods to accelerate drug discovery and identify new drug candidates.

The ideal candidate will be a leader with expertise in computational physics, chemistry, and statistical mechanics, offering technical guidance and strategic direction to the team of scientists.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Mentoring and leading a team of scientists specializing in physics-based computational methods.
  • Integrating strategies using free energy calculations and physics-based models into drug discovery pipelines.
  • Providing technical leadership in statistical mechanics, molecular dynamics, computational chemistry, and free energy calculations.
