Job summary

Miro in Greater London is looking for a Senior Manager of Application Security to lead their global security team and ensure security is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle. This includes mentoring a diverse team and enhancing security practices in line with Miro's AMPED framework. The role requires extensive experience in software security, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of secure software development processes, particularly in a SaaS environment. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in software, application, or product security.
• Experience leading offensive security programs including penetration testing.
• Extensive knowledge of Secure Software Development Lifecycles (SSDLC).

• Embed security into all phases of the product lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor a globally distributed team of security engineers.
