The Opportunity

Are you passionate about driving digital transformation and embedding AI and automation at scale? QVC UK is seeking a Senior Manager, AI (Automation) Transformation & Adoption to shape and deliver our long-term AI and automation strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll champion change management and business adoption, ensuring that innovative technologies deliver value for our customers and teams. You'll work cross-functionally, influencing stakeholders across markets, and play a key role in building a culture of innovation, agility, and responsible AI use.

Working in a hybrid role and reporting directly to the VP of Strategy for QVC International, you will be driving change for the business.

Your Impact

  • You will shape and implement the long-term AI & Automation strategy for QVC UK, ensuring alignment with our goals and industry best practice.
  • You will drive the identification, prioritisation, and delivery of automation opportunities (Gen AI and RPA) that enhance efficiency and customer experience.
  • You'll lead change management and business adoption for AI and automation projects, developing communication, training, and enablement strategies to embed new capabilities and foster a culture of innovation.
  • You'll champion GenAI adoption and capability building by curating best practices, building peer networks, and supporting "super users" and AI champions.
  • You will manage governance and value realisation, ensuring robust tracking of KPIs, risk management, and continuous improvement.
  • You will build partnerships with global and local stakeholders, being a bridge to maximise synergies and share knowledge across markets.
What You Bring
  • You will have experience in leadership or consultative roles within a multinational, matrix environment.
  • You will have demonstrated expertise in change management, partner engagement, and driving adoption of new technologies.
  • You have a track record in developing and executing AI/automation strategies and use cases.
  • You have excellent communication, facilitation, and influencing skills across diverse, global teams.
  • You will be analytical, used to solving problems and decision-making , with financial knowledge and a focus on value realisation.
  • You will have experience in retail, consumer, or digital transformation environments.
  • You'll have a Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field.
