TPF Recruitment Ltd in Maidstone is recruiting a Senior Manager for a highly regarded independent accountancy practice in Kent. You will oversee a diverse client portfolio including owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals, and work with partners to drive growth.

The role offers hybrid working, exposure to a broad client base, and a clear progression path within a supportive team environment. Salary ranges from £60,000 to £75,000 with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CTA qualification.
• Significant experience gained within accountancy practice.
• Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation.
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
• Commercially minded with a genuine interest in helping clients succeed.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing a diverse portfolio of clients.
• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts and tax returns.
• Providing commercial advice and support to clients.
• Managing and mentoring a team of accountants and managers.
• Supporting business development activities and identifying opportunities within the existing client base.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Assisting with strategic planning and helping drive the continued growth of the firm.
• Working closely with the Partners on practice management and operational matters.
