Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualification with substantial experience in an accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge across accounts and taxation; proven client management experience.
• Confident communicator with ability to build lasting client relationships and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients and act as senior point of contact.
• Plan, supervise and review assignments through to completion.
• Oversee statutory accounts, tax returns and wider compliance work.
• Lead client projects and provide practical commercial advice.
• Mentor and develop team members.
• Collaborate with Partners on business development and growth opportunities.
• Maintain high standards of quality, service and delivery across assignments.
