Job summary

Morgan McKinley partners with a VC-backed business in North Bristol to recruit a Senior Manager, ABL & Financing. You will own the facility and the group's lender reporting, including borrowing base, availability, covenant compliance and the funding model.

You'll work directly with the Chairman and finance team, building the receivables base, overseeing lender reporting, and developing cash flow forecasts and headroom analysis as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Hands-on ABL experience from the borrower side.
• Qualified Accountant or equivalent.
• Strong Excel modelling capability; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Morgan McKinley is partnering with a VC backed business based in North Bristol, to recruit a Senior Manager, ABL & Financing. My client funds its growth through an asset-based lending facility and is currently strengthening the finance team around it. This role will be responsible for owning the facility and the group's lender reporting in relation to borrowing base, availability, covenant compliance and the funding model. This role works directly with the Chairman and alongside the existing finance team, and is a great opportunity to join a fast growing international business with very ambitious growth plans. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Build and maintain the receivables borrowing base from the ledger kept by the Head of Credit Control and Billing.
• Weekly and monthly Lender reporting, including covenant compliance and lender information requests.
• Own the funding model, including the integrated forecast and thirteen-week cash flow in lender-ready form. with the Head of Finance Operations, covering headroom, accordion and facility option analysis as the group grows.
• Document borrowing-base and reporting procedures.

To be considered for this role you will need to possess hands-on ABL experience from the borrower side, ideally also from a lender or ABL audit background. You will likely be a Qualified Accountant (or equivalent), comfortable operating in a fast-paced business environment and with strong Excel modelling capability. Ideally you will also be available to start a new role at short notice and comfortable being predominantly office based.
