Roles & Responsibilities:

• Delivering expert tax advisory services to a varied client base, with a focus on M&A transactions and corporate restructuring.
• Conducting in-depth Tax Due Diligence assessments and providing strategic advice on funding structures and deal execution.
• Performing comprehensive technical research to develop tailored, high-quality tax solutions.
• Driving business growth by identifying new opportunities to enhance client offerings and expand the firm’s portfolio.

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA (or equivalent) or CTA qualified, with at least 2 years of post-qualification experience.
• Proven experience in a tax advisory role, ideally with exposure to M&A, corporate restructuring, or HNW clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
• A commercial mindset with excellent technical and analytical skills.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating within a high-performing team.
