Job summary

Autograph Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a well-established accountancy practice in Newton Abbot for a Senior Manager or Manager role.

You will manage a portfolio across accounts, tax and VAT, working closely with a Partner and developing the team. There is potential pathway to Partnership, with salary DOE and good work-life balance options.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA qualification required
• Experience across accounts preparation and business/corporate tax
• Ideally some personal tax experience
• Strong client management skills
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Good communication and organisational skills

Senior Manager / Manager - Newton Abbot Salary DOE

I'm currently recruiting for a Senior Manager to join a well-established accountancy practice in Newton Abbot. They are also open to considering a strong Manager who is looking for their next step.

This is a varied role working closely with a Partner and managing a portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, with responsibility across accounts, tax, VAT, client management and team development.

The role would suit someone who enjoys working closely with clients and wants to take on more responsibility within a supportive practice. There is also potential for a pathway to Partnership in the future.

The ideal candidate will have:

• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Strong accountancy practice experience
• Experience across accounts preparation and business/corporate tax
• Ideally some personal tax experience
• Strong client management skills
• Previous team management or supervisory experience
• Good communication and organisational skills
