As a member of our practice, you will support clients with strategic thinking and solutions from concept to delivery, including:

• Providing strategic consultancy to set and realize change strategies.
• Designing and implementing major transformation programmes.
• Using analysis, modelling, and technology to meet challenges like increased competition or new investments.
• Applying innovative technology and change management to deliver objectives efficiently.
• Reviewing feasibility studies, masterplans, and risk assessments to develop robust proposals and business cases.
• Delivering solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
• Developing tailored commercial, procurement, and supply chain consultancy services.
• Embedding change through people and organizational consultancy for optimal outcomes.

What you can bring:

You will have significant client-facing responsibilities from day one, demonstrating capability in management consulting across:

• Client interaction: Building trusted relationships, sector experience, strong communication, problem-solving, and persuasive presentation skills.
• Technical delivery: Relevant qualifications, ability to communicate complex ideas, and diverse consulting techniques.
• Practice and service development: Teamwork, knowledge transfer, proactive approach, and business development skills.
• Business development: Experience or potential in sales, bid management, and financial oversight.

Additional qualities include passion for development, collaboration, resilience under pressure, and emotional intelligence to engage stakeholders effectively.

Qualifications:

Willingness to work towards Management Consultant Chartership (ChMC).
