Page Personnel are working with a highly successful and industry leading business within the Manufacturing sector. Due to continued growth they are seeking a Senior Management Accountant to join the team.

Job Description

Senior Management Accountant responsibilities include:

  • Lead and review timely production of internal financial reporting to Management
  • Analyse variances to budget/forecast and communicate key drivers to Senior Management
  • In-depth sales and margin analysis
  • Drive cost centre reporting and periodic reviews with key stakeholders
  • Assist with the annual budget process and monthly forecasting
  • Inventory accounting: including ageing & provision calculations, working with key stakeholders to implement required processes and annual audit
  • Responsible for global patent process and accounting
  • Improve internal control and monitoring of internal systems
  • Compliance and licensing with regulators
  • Implement and enforce accounting policies and procedures
  • Assist with annual audit and preparation of statutory accounts
  • Responses to ad-hoc queries and involvement in projects as required

The Successful Applicant

The candidate will have/be:

  • Experience within the manufacturing industry - Desirable
  • Stock/Inventory experience - Essential
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel - Essential
  • Strategic thinker with good analytical skills - Essential
