Housing - Senior Management Accountant - Service Charges - 6 Months - Up To £300 Per Day - Manchester

Your new role
As an experienced Service Charges Management Accountant, you will be reporting to the Head of Financial Reporting and leading/supporting a small Finance team with the preparation of monthly management accounts and audit.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified Accountant (CIPFA/ACA/CIMA/ACCA) with excellent communication skills. You will have led small Finance teams in similar roles and have extensive experience of producing management accounts and supporting through audit. You will have a thorough understanding of Service charge accounts, including rental, social housing, and home ownership. Public sector background is essential - Housing preferred.
