Qualifications

• Strong management accounting and reporting experience.
• Knowledge of property management accounting systems; Propman experience advantageous.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of Management Accounts.
• Preparation and submission of annual statutory accounts.
• VAT returns and compliance.
• Overseeing day-to-day accounting processes across multiple entities.
• Supporting the team with transaction processing.
• Reconciling Service Charges for audit and review.
• Carrying out ad hoc financial analyses as required.
