What you will be doing...
  • Line Management responsibility for one direct report.
  • Overall owner for the Owner Income P&L and associated Balance Sheet Reconciliation
  • Produce monthly / weekly management accounts, variance analysis and commentaries
  • Analyse financial information to provide value added commentary to assist business profitability and growth
  • Carry out monthly/ weekly calculations for owners billing covering utilities, insurance, and recharges, continually reviewing rates charged, ensuring link to the overheads P&L
  • Managing the Owners year end process including liaising with auditors and responding to audit queries in a timely manner
  • Carry out continuous reviews of working practices to ensure efficient and cost-effective operations
Some of the skills and experience we are looking for:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
  • Experience of multi-site or similar size Business
