Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the overall accounting & finance operations of the organisation.
  • Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
  • Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
  • Engage in continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
  • Maintain banking relationships and strategic alliances with vendors and business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
  • Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Senior Management Accountant should have:

  • A university degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Professional certification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the professional services industry.
  • Solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
  • Outstanding proficiency in major accounting software packages.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and experience in strategic planning and risk management.
