The Role
As the Senior Management Accountant at our Leeds head office, your primary role will be the management and delivery of our financial function and reporting for a key area of the business.
You will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the company is financially robust and compliant with all regulatory requirements.
Reporting directly to the Co-Managing Directors and working in collaboration with our Group Finance Director, your role will involve producing monthly financial reports, overseeing the preparation of accurate monthly and annual financial statements, and providing financial insight and analysis to the senior management team, to support decision-making.
You will be required to lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring continuous professional development. You will also be instrumental in identifying opportunities for system improvements and ensuring that all financial activities align with our company standards.

The Person
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who has the motivation to take their career in finance to the next level, whilst supporting our continued growth.
You may be working towards your CIMA/ACCA qualification or may already be fully qualified, with extensive knowledge of running a finance function.
Whilst previous experience working for a major house builder or service provider may be an advantage, what is important is the willingness and ability to do the right thing.
