Job description

Manage all aspects of the companies finances and would be responsible for managing the administration team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who is well organised, hands on, accurate, methodical, able to multi-task and who will enjoy being a member of a busy team.

Description

· Managing incoming & outgoing payments.

· Foreign exchange - booking live options, managing draw downs etc.

· Managing account VRD discounts

· Purchase ledger management for both the UK and German divisions.

· Bank reconciliations

· Credit card reconciliations

· DATEV notifications for German division

· Payroll & Expenses

· Quarterly management accounts

· VAT return

· Year-end

· Trader overhead calculation

· Trader profit calculation

· Year-end verification & reports for German division

· Preparation of corporation tax computations.

· Preparation of personal tax returns for directors.

· Managing all aspects of the administration team.

· Reporting to the board of directors.

Profile

· Computer literate to a high standard. Experience with SAP is beneficial.

· Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Excel.

· Well organised and methodical.

· Ability to analyse and revise working practices to improve efficiency.

· Detail-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment.

· Exceptional communication skills at all levels is key to this role.

· Commercially minded and focused on accuracy and high standards at all times.
