The Role

We are looking for an experienced Management Accountant with eCommerce or retail experience, exceptional numerical skills, and strong business acumen. This role is crucial within our finance team, focusing on accurate performance reporting and contributing to financial planning, analysis, and overall business processes.

Responsibilities
  • Month End
    • Leading and organising the various teams for information and data to complete the month end process. This will include talking to a variety of stakeholders, from operations to marketing to get the right information.
    • Balance sheet stewardship and strong reconciliation skills to close month end efficiently and in time.
    • VAT reporting and quarterly submissions - understanding of the VAT principles is key to success.
    • Stock Management - valuations, raw material understanding and production WIP knowledge.
    • Aged debtors and creditor stewardship, including ensuring correct payment schedules are adhered to.
    • Building reports and dashboards to best suit the internal stakeholders for decision making. Business Partnering to team leads after month end to evaluate and present performance.
