A theatre organization in Birmingham seeks a Finance Manager to oversee financial management, support budgeting, and ensure accurate reporting. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Excel skills and a passion for live theatre. The role offers a salary starting at £50,000 plus generous benefits including 5 weeks of holiday and discounts on tickets and parking.
The Rep's Finance department is responsible for all aspects of the financial management of the theatre and its two commercial subsidiaries. The role involves producing management accounts, supporting the Finance Director in preparing annual budgets and monthly forecasts, as well as developing a flexible budget modelling tool to aid strategic planning across leadership teams. It will also include advising budget holders on financial matters, particularly in relation to funding bids.
Pay: Commensurate with experience, to be no less than £50,000 per annum. More for an exceptional candidate.
