St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting a Band 6 Mammographer to join our Breast Imaging team. The post involves both screening and symptomatic mammography within a multidisciplinary setting, delivering high-quality imaging and patient care.

You will work autonomously when qualified at Band 6 level and contribute to service development, quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• This is a Band 6 Mammographer post within a Breast Imaging team.
• Excellent communication and compassionate patient care are essential.
• Experience in breast imaging and screening/symptomatic pathways is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Perform a range of mammography examinations to national standards.
• Maintain high-quality diagnostic images and patient care.
• Support interventional procedures where appropriate.
• Contribute to quality assurance, audit and service improvement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and participate in continuous professional development.
