They are seeking a talented Senior Major Gifts Manager to join their team.

Job Title: Senior Major Gifts Manager

Location: London office twice a week, on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Grade and Salary: Up to £53,000

Hours: Full-time with flexible hours

Contract Type: Permanent

You will join Barts Charity during an exciting and ambitious fundraising period, supporting two major health projects: a Clinical Research Facility in Whitechapel and a Breast Cancer Centre in the City of London at St Bartholomew's Hospital.

Responsibilities of the Senior Major Gifts Manager:

This role primarily focuses on identifying and securing new donors for capital campaigns and other key projects.

Develop and implement strategies to solicit new business and leverage stakeholder referrals, building beneficial relationships for all parties involved.

Build a pipeline of major donors, trusts, and foundations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience soliciting 6+ figure gifts from Trusts, Foundations, or major donors.
• Proven ability to identify new funding sources.
• A team player passionate about Barts Charity's mission.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
