Senior Maintenance Officer
Location: Invergordon with Hybrid Working (weekly attendance to the office will be required)
Salary: £47,496 - £50,410, Grade SO3-SO1 + Car allowance
Hours: 35 hours per week (full time), Permanent

As a Senior Maintenance Officer, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of their property services while ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their tenants.
You will support the Repairs and Maintenance Manager in the management of complex repairs, voids and planned works undertaken by technical officers across their housing portfolio to ensure the Society's aims, objectives, performance standards and customer needs are met or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures, and best practice guidance, and within available budget parameters.
