Qualifications

Senior Maintenance Engineer

Near Shirebrook, Derbyshire

£57,500 + benefits

Shift pattern 4 on/4 off days/nights

Our client's Warehouse Operation is an impressive, state of the art, 2.5m square foot Distribution Centre in Shirebrook, and one of the most advanced warehouses within the UK. They are currently looking to grow their Warehouse Team with a Senior Maintenance Engineer to oversee all aspects of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities

As Senior Maintenance Engineer you will provide support to the Engineering Team and deputise for the Maintenance Shift Manager as required. You will deliver site-based maintenance to minimise downtime and ensure uptime and availability of the installed automated equipment on site.

You will support and manage all Shift Team activities, from carrying out maintenance and servicing automated equipment, to delivering training/coaching- serving as an inspirational Senior Maintenance Engineer and Mentor to the Team.

Expect to assist the Engineering Shift Manager in performance reviews, take accountability for safety/administration as well as ensuring performance KPI's are being maximised to improve efficiencies.

You will be a Champion of safe working practice/compliance- and a proactive and helpful escalation point for all faults and breakdowns

Qualifications
