Job description

Job Title: Senior Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The role involves overseeing maintenance tasks, supervising team members, and ensuring the optimal operation of highly automated equipment.

Responsibilities

1. Join a team of 10 engineers, along with a Supervisor and Manager.
2. Manage reactive and Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks using provided digital tools.
3. Supervise PPM activities and oversee completion.
4. Serve as the first point of contact for engineering issues and act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all onsite equipment.
5. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and participate in various projects.
6. Perform electrical work safely, including isolation, fault finding, and component replacement.
7. Handle mechanical tasks such as removing and replacing components, working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems, valves, pumps, bearings, belts, and more.
8. Work on advanced automated systems, including shuttle systems, robotics, and conveyor systems.

We are looking for a Senior Maintenance Engineer who:
