Position: VAC0095 Senior Maintenance Administrator
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week (hybrid working considered after probation period)

Salary: £31,000 per annum plus travel to work allowance up to £3,700 per annum

This role involves providing general maintenance administration support across the organisation's property portfolio and specialized areas under the direction of the Property Manager. Responsibilities include front-line maintenance operations, handling enquiries, processing maintenance requests, and supporting property management projects. The role requires motivation, excellent communication skills, multitasking, planning, and problem-solving abilities. You will also work on projects related to property valuations, licensing schemes, and maintaining a property database.
