You will be working as a member of the Mainframe Tech Services infrastructure support team. Our mission is to provide the IBM system Z infrastructure (hardware and software) required by the IZOT business unit R&D, Sales and Customer Support organizations. You will work in conjunction with the Mainframe Tech Services team members and with the various IZOT teams to define, configure, install, modify and make available the appropriate storage infrastructure hardware and software. This storage infrastructure will support the operations of the mainframe environment, and to be used by BMC R&D teams for their product development and testing purposes. In addition, you will be responsible for installing the software and hardware service (i.e. firmware) provided by the manufacturers.
