PERMANENT MACHINE OPERATOR LOOKING TO BECOME A TEAM LEADER ROLE – MILTON KEYNES – 40-45K

Must have experience of blow moulding or injection moulding or similar.

Role Overview:

Responsibilities include:

1. Work with internal departments to support the delivery of the production plan.
2. Manage, develop, and coach team members, including implementing training plans.
3. Review and control materials, including stock levels.
4. Maintain health & safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
5. Manage KPIs, costs, and accountability, ensuring team understanding.
6. Resolve customer complaints related to standards and delivery expectations.
7. Ensure sufficient staffing to meet production expectations.
8. Liaise with HR regarding recruitment, staffing, grievances, and absence reviews.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in a similar 'hands-on' manufacturing role, preferably in injection or blow moulding.
• Strong IT skills for reporting.
• Availability to work a 4 on/4 off shift pattern (days: 6am-6pm; nights: 6pm-6am; followed by 4 days off).
