Career move

If you're an experienced machine operator tired of dead-end shifts, this could be the opportunity that changes everything.

We re working with a fast-growing manufacturer of health supplements and nutritional powders based in Kent. It s a proper setup: GMP-compliant, BRC-accredited, and packed with modern equipment. They're expanding production and looking for people who want to be part of that journey.

Right now, we re hiring a Senior Machine Operator, someone who knows their way around a line, understands changeovers, and wants to grow into more technical or leadership responsibility over time.

What you ll be doing:

  • Setting up, running, and maintaining production equipment from powder fillers to pouch, sachet or capsule machines
  • Taking ownership of changeovers, troubleshooting, and minor mechanical fixes
  • Working closely with junior staff, helping to set standards and share knowledge
  • Following batch records, hygiene standards and GMP protocols to keep lines running smoothly
  • Getting involved in improvement projects and being trusted to make the job your own

Why this is different:
  • This is a progression role they re hiring now, but investing in your future
  • You ll be treated as a key part of the operation, not just a number on a shift pattern
  • The site is clean, well-run, and serious about quality and compliance
  • It s full-time, permanent, and built around stability not stop-start contracts

What we re looking for:

A solid background in machine operation within food, pharma, FMCG or supplement manufacturing

Someone who knows their way around setups, clean-downs, and production faults

Ideally familiar with GMP, HACCP or BRC standards, or confident in following SOPs and quality checks

Bonus points for experience with capsule fillers, stick packs, or powder-based equipment

This is a career opportunity with a future. If you want to be part of something that s growing, structured, and genuinely values people with skill, let s have a conversation. Apply now!
