Senior Machine Learning Engineer - Tech for Good

This company is making waves in it's industry. Born from a mission to drive real change, this company has already formed prestigious partnerships, and they're only getting started.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a small, collaborative team, working closely with technical leadership to help shape the product roadmap and develop impactful AI solutions.

As the Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you'll be responsible for scoping, designing, and developing machine learning systems, implementing suitable ML algorithms, and staying current with emerging trends and technologies in the field.

You'll ideally have the following skills and experience:

• Expertise in prompt engineering and fine-tuning large language models
• Experience with retrieval-augmented generation
• Strong background in dataset creation, model training, and development; broader ML knowledge (e.g. network design and optimisation) is a bonus
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks such as pytest.
• Experience with cloud platforms) for model training and deployment.

The salary range for this is negotiable on experience - happy to discuss.
