Job description

What You Will Do
  • Design and implement scalable ML and deep learning models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and other modern frameworks.
  • Build and optimize RAG pipelines using models like GPT, Claude, or other LLMs integrated with document retrieval systems.
  • Develop production-ready ML applications in cloud environments (AWS, SageMaker, Databricks, etc.).
  • Leverage GPU-based computing resources and CUDA/Nvidia for performance optimization in training and inference.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, software developers, and product teams to deliver AI/ML capabilities in production.
  • Conduct rigorous model evaluations, A/B testing, error analysis, and performance tuning.
  • Implement responsible AI principles and ensure model fairness, interpretability, and compliance.
  • Explore and integrate open-source LLM models and fine-tuning strategies for specialized domain applications.
  • Drive innovation in prompt engineering and generation pipelines for AI-assisted systems.
Skills and Experience You Will Need

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with at least 2 years focused on deep learning and LLM applications.
  • Strong programming experience in Python and hands-on development of ML pipelines.
  • Solid knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistics, and deep learning.
  • Proven experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, and transformer-based models.
  • Practical knowledge of LLM integration (e.g., GPT, Claude) and RAG architecture.
  • Experience with ML lifecycle management tools like AWS SageMaker, MLflow, or Databricks.
  • Working knowledge of CUDA, Nvidia GPUs, and distributed training.
  • Experience with AWS services (S3, Lambda, EC2, SageMaker, Bedrock, etc.).

Desired:

  • Experience deploying models as APIs/microservices in cloud-native environments.
  • Familiarity with prompt tuning, embedding generation, vector search, and knowledge retrieval frameworks.
  • Understanding of MLOps best practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Prior experience working with GenAI tools and response-augmented generation workflows.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of remaining stationary at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 lbs., as needed
  • Must be able to work on-site (corporate/client offices), as needed (not applicable for 100% remote roles)
