Our Machine Learning team plays a vital role in building game-changing systems like SkeleTRACK, which is already trusted by top-tier US sports leagues and European football clubs. As we push into new sports and services, we're looking for a passionate Senior Machine Learning Engineer who’s ready to lead from the front, drive innovation, and help elevate our technology to the next level.
As a Senior ML Engineer, you'll be at the heart of our development lifecycle. You’ll work closely with product managers, annotation specialists, and engineers across the Computer Vision and ML teams. Here’s what a typical week might involve:
Designing and developing new machine learning models with a focus on real-time performance
Integrating cutting-edge ML features into our SkeleTRACK product
Analysing model performance and identifying areas of improvement
Mentoring junior engineers and driving technical discussions
Collaborating with annotation teams to ensure data quality and workflow efficiency
Staying ahead of the curve by keeping up with CV/ML research and attending top conferences
Proactively identifying problems and owning solutions from design to delivery
This is a role that demands both depth and breadth, you’ll be expected to ship clean, well-structured code and contribute meaningfully to architectural decisions.
