Role Overview

This role requires experience and understanding of Microsoft Cloud products, including a broad range of M365 Solutions. You must be both commercial and technical, with the ability to build rapport with key customers and internally.

Your Responsibilities
  • Presales engagements – 10-20% of your time
  • Designing High-Level and Low-Level Designs (HLDs / LLDs)
  • Project Implementation
  • Serving as a Microsoft 365 specialist
  • Working closely with the post-sales team to ensure smooth pre- to post-transition
  • Being commercially and technically strong
  • Engaging with C-level individuals and translating technical conversations to non-technical personnel
  • Demonstrating initiative, resourcefulness, self-motivation, and goal orientation
  • Experience in a consultancy or customer-facing sales role
  • Applying an analytical and pragmatic approach to problem-solving
