Role Overview:

We are looking to grow our team with experienced consultants who can consult on and deliver excellent Copilot, SharePoint, M365, and Power Platform projects.

Responsibilities:

• Working remotely via Teams with colleagues in Chicago and our clients headquartered in the US. Occasional travel to London or Manchester offices will be required.
• Solution Design and Architecture
• Leading business development activities such as pre-sales and proposals
• Requirement gathering; working closely with clients to establish their requirements and translating these into business requirements
• Collaborating with Project Managers, Developers, and Designers to deliver successful Copilot, SharePoint, and M365 projects
• Running workshops to demonstrate the capabilities and benefits of Copilot, SharePoint, and M365
• Communicating regularly with clients regarding updates and resolving issues promptly
• Building or delivering projects — if you enjoy creating Custom Agents, there is an option to be hands-on with the technology

About the Candidate:

• While working US hours is not mandatory, starting work occasionally after 10 am would facilitate more cross-over time for US meetings
• Experience with SharePoint and M365 collaboration tools
• Experience with Power Platform
• Experience with Agents and Copilot Studio
• Experience with Azure Services, including Azure AI Foundry
• Background in consultancy or agency environments
• Pre-sales experience
• Knowledge of governance, security, compliance, and configuration of Microsoft 365 suite
• Experience with .NET development or PowerShell is beneficial
• Degree-level education
