We are seeking a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant experience in Mechanical and Electrical systems to support and grow our M&E cost management team in Wales and the South-West. This role offers future leadership opportunities in our MEP services, working across various sectors including infrastructure, education, real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

As a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of work, leading our M&E service offerings, and building long-term client relationships. You will work on high-profile projects and support colleagues' career development.

Requirements:

  • Experience or interest in business development activities.
  • Technical leadership in M&E advice, broadening legal and technical knowledge, and participating in training initiatives.
  • Deep knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems, costs, and cost determination.
  • Proven track record in delivering MEP cost management services.
  • Ability to advise on MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering.
  • Skills in feasibility, cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
  • Knowledge of various project procurement options.
  • Ability to work independently and in team environments.
  • Experience in client, consultant, and contractor roles with strong communication skills.
Responsibilities:
  • Full quantity surveying and cost management duties.
