Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Managing / Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor with significant Mechanical and Electrical systems experience to support and grow our M&E cost management team in Wales and the South-West. This role offers future leadership opportunities in our MEP services, working across various sectors including infrastructure, education, real estate, retail, residential, aviation, and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Full quantity surveying and cost management duties.
• Provision of pre and post contract advice.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery to clients.
• Provide high-quality MEP cost advice on complex projects.
• Mentoring and guiding supporting staff.

Requirements

• Enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude.
• Strong standards and client service focus.
• Experience or interest in business development activities.
• Technical leadership in M&E advice and knowledge expansion.
• Deep knowledge of Mechanical and Electrical systems and their costs.
• Successful track record in delivering MEP cost management services.
• Ability to advise on key MEP cost drivers, project costs, and value engineering.
• Experience in feasibility, cost planning, procurement advice, tender documentation, and post-contract services.
• Knowledge of various project procurement options.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
