1313 is seeking a Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor for high-value M&E projects in Cambridgeshire/UK regions. You will be responsible for leading M&E quantity surveying on major schemes, with a focus on delivering projects across commercial and industrial sectors. A track record on £20m+ schemes is preferred.

Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor

Exclusive opportunity for an experienced Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor working across the Midlands for a pioneering Tier 1 client. Giving you the chance to work on large scale projects across fantastic schemes across Cambridgeshire.

This M&E Senior Quantity Surveyor must have enough experience to run their own projects and demonstrate a proven track record working on MEP projects across commercial and industrial sectors. Ideally, a proven track record of projects in excess of £20m.

Compensation:

• £80,000 - £85,000 (dependent on experience)
