We are a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality building services solutions across the UK. With a group turnover of circa £50 million, we operate at the forefront of the industry, providing excellence in design, installation, and project delivery. Our Western Home Counties division is expanding, and we are looking to appoint a proven Senior M&E Project Manager to lead and deliver key projects in the Oxford region.
The Role
As Senior M&E Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful end-to-end delivery of large-scale M&E projects, typically ranging in value from £4 million to £12 million.
You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Full project lifecycle management from pre-construction to handover
*
Coordination of mechanical and electrical installation works
*
Leadership and direction of on-site teams and subcontractors
*
Commercial management, cost control, and progress reporting
*
Maintain close working relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
*
Ensure compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards
*
Programme planning and tracking to ensure project milestones are achieved
*
Risk management and mitigation strategies
Requirements
*
Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a Project Manager role within M&E contracting
*
Proven track record delivering large-scale M&E packages (£4m–£12m+)
*
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical building services
*
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
*
Excellent organisational and commercial acumen
*
Ability to work independently and proactively
*
Full UK driving licence
