• 5–10+ years' experience delivering MEP packages on fit-out or refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical disciplines.
• Proven track record of taking packages from design through to PC.
• Relevant certifications: SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid.
• Confident communicator – able to lead client and consultant interactions.

Senior M&E Project Manager – High-End Fit-Out

£100,000 - £110,000 + Package | London | Tier 1 Fit-Out Projects

A leading specialist in high-spec commercial fit-out and refurbishment is seeking a sharp and proactive M&E Project Manager to join their expanding London team. Operating at the forefront of the fit-out market, this contractor delivers projects ranging from £5m to £50m, often with complex M&E integration, tight timeframes, and demanding end-users. Their consistent growth is driven by an agile project model, strong pre-construction strategy, and repeat blue-chip clients.

About the Role

You'll be embedded within a high-performing delivery team, taking responsibility for the management of MEP services across CAT A, CAT B, and heavy refurb schemes. You’ll interface closely with commercial, design, and operations teams, as well as external consultants and client reps.

Projects typically involve:

• Complex M&E installations
• Occupied building refurbishments
• Tight coordination with main contractor and trades
