Job summary

Briggs & Forrester Engineering Services Ltd is seeking a Senior Planner to develop, monitor and maintain detailed schedules for complex MEP building services projects. You will ensure programmes are realistic, aligned with contractual requirements and company standards, and lead planning activities using Asta.

Responsibilities include coordinating with design, procurement and construction teams, tracking progress with CP, EVM, and resource histograms, and conducting time-risk analyses.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building services processes.
• Proficiency in Asta planning software.
• Understanding of construction methodologies, resource planning, and cost control.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor and maintain integrated project schedules for complex MEP building services projects.
• Create and maintain detailed project programmes aligned with contract baselines.
• Coordinate planning activities with internal teams and external stakeholders.
