Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Edinburgh is seeking a Senior Associate to join its M&A team. The role focuses on managing a broad spectrum of complex corporate M&A, private equity, and capital markets work for UK and international clients.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years’ PQE, with strong experience in Corporate M&A and Private Equity, and be a registered lawyer with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland. Flexible/part-time options are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ PQE with Corporate M&A and Private Equity experience.
• Must be a registered lawyer with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland.
• Flexible working arrangements with both full-time and part-time options available.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex corporate M&A and private equity transactions for UK and international clients.
• Manage a broad spectrum of deals including public and private M&A and equity capital market matters.
• Provide guidance and mentorship within the Edinburgh M&A team.
