Frasia Wright Associates is recruiting a Senior Associate for its client, an independent UK law firm, to join the M&A team in Edinburgh. You will handle complex corporate M&A and Private Equity transactions for a diverse clientele, with UK and international exposure.

Candidates should have a minimum of six years PQE and be a registered lawyer with the SRA or the Law Society of Scotland. Flexible working options and a strong benefits package are offered.
