• Lead all phases of M&A transactions from identification to integration and post-merger optimization.
• Apply Agility core practices to M&A processes for efficient execution.
• Conduct due diligence to assess targets, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and implement culture and behaviour change within acquired entities.
• Drive customer-centric thinking to preserve and enhance value for customers.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives during integration.
• Facilitate negotiations with senior stakeholders, legal teams, and target company reps.
• Use Leadership Assessment methodologies to evaluate leadership in target firms.
• Develop communication plans and support structures for employees during change.
• Create and maintain sophisticated financial models to support M&A valuations.
• Contribute to strategic growth and market expansion plans through M&A.
