About Our Client

We are working with a fast-growing business, backed by an impressive PE fund with an ambitious build and build strategy. The business has a well-defined strategy, with an experienced management team and a strong track record in M&A. It is now looking for a Senior M&A Manager to execute the buy-and-build strategy, assisting in building the business into a market leader within the sector. Responsibilities include managing the M&A process, developing and implementing processes, executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. The role involves leading the integration of newly acquired businesses to accelerate growth and ensure future success.

The team has a hybrid working model, with regular presence in London, and plans for a permanent London office.

What the job involves
  1. Sourcing and appraising potential acquisition targets through management meetings to drive deal flow
  2. Leading all acquisitions and contributing to value creation post-deal
  3. Integrating businesses post-acquisition
Who we are looking for
  1. 8-10 years of experience in deals, likely from an in-house M&A role, private equity investment role, or corporate finance advisory
