The Role

As a Senior M&A Associate, you will play a crucial role in advising on high-value, complex M&A transactions. Working alongside a talented team of lawyers, you will leverage your expertise to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional results for clients. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Working on complex, high-profile, cross-border transactions, advising clients on M&A, joint ventures, and corporate matters

  • Managing and executing transactions from inception to completion

  • Collaborating with partners and associates across the firm’s global network

  • Delivering exceptional client service and building strong client relationships

Requirements
  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7 years PQE

  • Proven experience in corporate M&A at a reputable law firm

  • Strong academic credentials and ability to manage complex projects

  • Exposure to private equity transactions is highly desirable
