Job summary

Metis Search in London partners with a top-tier Investment bank to recruit for its Services team. The role offers meaningful responsibility with direct senior exposure and ownership on high-profile transactions from day one.

You will lead or support sell-side and buy-side M&A in the Services space, build financial models and valuations, and prepare high-quality client materials while developing relationships with management, advisers and investors.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-6 years of M&A experience.
• Experience in Services/Industrials M&A preferred.
• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
• Ability to run workstreams independently.
• Commercially minded with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions in the Services space.
• Produce financial models and valuations (DCF, LBO, comps).
• Prepare client presentations and information memoranda.
• Develop relationships with management teams, advisers and investors.
• Manage due diligence with external advisers.
• Support strategic advisory and transaction execution.
