Job summary

Compre Group is seeking a Senior M&A Actuary to lead cross-border due diligence on acquisitions, combining actuarial expertise with commercial insight. You will assess reserving, capital, pricing and deal structure, coordinating with underwriting, finance, risk and legal teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ post-qual non-life insurance or reinsurance actuarial experience.
• Strong transaction due diligence and/or risk-based pricing expertise.
• Broad reserving knowledge, including liability lines.
• Commercial judgement to translate actuarial analysis into deal recommendations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead actuarial due diligence across acquisitions, assessing reserving, capital, pricing and valuation.
• Manage multiple transactions, engage cedants and external advisers.
• Oversee transition of successful deals into the wider business.
