Qualifications

• Significant luxury travel industry experience is essential.
• Experience selling high-end, tailor-made travel.
• Knowledge of luxury destinations and hotels.
• Strong client relationship and sales skills.

Responsibilities

• Look after clients from first contact through travel, creating personalized itineraries.
• Develop relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Leverage existing high-value enquiries and networks to grow a private client portfolio.
• Promote and negotiate with hotels, DMCs, and partners to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Convert high-value enquiries into bookings while maintaining high service standards.
