Luxury Smart Homes in London & Home Counties seeks a Senior AV Installer/Commissioning Engineer to lead high-end residential projects from rack build to final handover, delivering flawless installations. You will own on-site technical delivery, work with top brands such as Control4, Lutron, Crestron and Savant, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring quality.

Qualifications

• Strong experience within high-end residential AV
• Proven installation and commissioning experience
• Excellent rack-building and structured cabling skills
• Exposure to Control4/Lutron/Crestron/Savant would be advantageous

Responsabilités

• Lead installation and commissioning of luxury residential AV systems
• Build and wire professional-grade racks to premium standards
• Install and commission Home Cinema, Multi-Room Audio, Video Distribution, Lighting Control, Shading, and Integrated Platforms
• Configure systems (Control4, Lutron, Crestron, Savant)
• Diagnose and resolve issues on site; mentor junior engineers
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, clients and contractors
• Own project quality from start to finish
